Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day shifts with limited on-call rotation and paid overtime

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and install heating and air conditioning systems in homes and small commercial buildings
- Identify system issues and recommend solutions that improve comfort and efficiency
- Present and close value-added upgrades when appropriate — and perform the work same-day when possible
- Complete combustion efficiency testing and safety checks
- Accurately complete daily service records and communicate with the office team
- Provide top-tier customer service with every interaction
- Use PPE and follow all company safety policies
- Collect payments when required
