This is a true business development position for an outgoing energetic person who knows how to create opportunity, not wait for it. We are looking for a hunter mentality professional — someone who understands that success in restoration business development comes from consistent activity, visibility, and persistence. Someone who really enjoys being with people, walking into new offices, shaking hands, making introductions, and building repour and trust one relationship at a time.
If you have built a territory before, understand route marketing, and know what it takes to develop referral partners from scratch, this is the environment where your effort can translate directly into career and financial growth.
