We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of quality management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Your leadership will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- · Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
· Manage quality systems within Plex ERP including complaints, RMAs, nonconforming product, CAPA, and calibrations.
· Lead internal and external audits and maintain quality documentation.
· Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
· Analyze SPC data to drive improvements.
· Oversee system, process, and product audits.
· Manage APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and Control Plans.
· Supervise and train Quality personnel using 8D methodology.
· Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
· Support regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain plant performance reporting and Management Review.
· Act as liaison for customer and supplier audits.
· Ensure document control compliance.
· Lead customer and supplier audits.
· Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
· Promote a culture of quality.
· Five or more years of quality management experience and strong knowledge in quality management systems such as ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016; hands-on experience in managing key automotive quality processes such as DFMEA, PPAP and APQP; knowledge of and hands-on experience in manufacturing environment, automotive experience a plus
· Demonstrated ability in leading company-wide continuous improvement initiatives; strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to work with both customers and multifunctional teams
· Team player, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented; Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field preferred; Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or related topics a plus.
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
