Job Description
Repairing
· Repair and/or modification of marine propellers made from stainless steel material utilizing the correct tools to manipulate the metal
· Utilize proprietary computerized measuring equipment and be able to relate hydrodynamic principles to the modification of marine propellers
· Repair propellers to ISO tolerances
· Clean propeller bores
Grinding
· Assess the surface to be ground
· Select proper grinder and grade of abrasive to attach to grinder
· Change abrasive as needed to achieve the required surface finish
Qualifications
· Legally eligible to work in the United States
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to meet AccuTech driving qualifications
· Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, and training
