Job Description: Position: 5 yr. min. experience for full-time Forensic Engineer
License: Texas Professional Engineer (in good standing)
Location: AccuTech Consultants, LLC, San Antonio, Texas

· History of participation in technical committees, professional organizations and technical certifications
· History of continuing education related to forensic topics
Responsibilities:
· Collect and compile field data and information for writing Forensic reports
· Manage staff in field and office in compiling data
· Prepare schematics and drawings for reports
· Authoring, signing and sealing forensic reports
Experience:
· 5 years (minimum)
· Experience in:
o Structural, Geotechnical and Architectural engineering.
o Residential, commercial, educational, industrial, religious and civil investigations.
o Generating repair and remediation measures.
· Familiarity with:
o New construction and renovation projects
o Building codes, authoritative technical publications and standards of practice.
o Professional service and contractor agreements.
o Legal procedures associated with performing expert witness services.
· Capable of performing expert witness services on project files.
