Responsibilities
- Operate automated production processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting, and encapsulating electronic components.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely produce high-quality finished products.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and seek quality assurance feedback as needed.
- Accurately enter production data into the MRP system.
- Report quality concerns to the Quality Control department.
- Safely operate production equipment following work instructions and equipment manuals.
- Handle electronic boards using proper procedures to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production schedules and delivery requirements.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for production data entry.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for approximately 90% of the workday.
- Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Good manual dexterity is preferred.
