Role Summary:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 4-month contract to join our People team and hit the ground running. This role is primarily focused on building and engaging talent pipelines. You'll spend the majority of your time identifying, screening, and connecting with top candidates across a variety of channels. You'll also help shape how the world sees Accuris as an employer and keep our hiring process running smoothly end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Sourcing (Primary Focus)

• Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards
• Build and execute Boolean searches to identify talent for technical, commercial, and operational roles
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach that reflects Accuris's brand and mission
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, etc) to accelerate sourcing, craft compelling outreach, research talent markets, and improve workflow efficiency
• Manage and champion our employee referral program, drive awareness and participation across the company
• Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, source of hire)

Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial resume reviews and screen applicants against role requirements
• Perform phone and/or video screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, and baseline qualifications
• Summarize candidate evaluations clearly for hiring managers, with a point of view on fit

Employer Branding

• Partner with the People and Marketing teams to support Accuris's presence on Built-In, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer brand platforms
• Assist in coordinating and publishing social media content that highlights Accuris's culture, team, and mission
• Contribute to career page updates, employee spotlights, and other content that brings our employer brand to life
• Help plan and coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and campus or community outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruiting coordination
• Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, Built-In, or similar)
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for passive candidate identification
• Experience conducting candidate screens and summarizing assessments for hiring teams
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and output quality
• Familiarity with employer branding concepts and social media recruiting channels
• Familiarity with an ATS like Dayforce or similar
• Ability to jump in quickly and get started

Compensation/Benefits Information:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00. Final compensation for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
