Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Water Softener Maintenance Worker to provide high-quality service to residential customers in the county. This role focuses on maintaining, servicing, and enduring the proper operation of water softener and, filtration systems while delivering a professional and personal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and maintain residential water softener and filter systems
- Refill salt tanks and ensure proper system function
- Diagnose basic issues and perform minor repairs or report major problems
- Test water quality and adjust system settings as needed
- Educate homeowners on proper system use and up-keep
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service at all times
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous maintenance, plumbing, or water treatment experience is a plus (but not required) In-House Training provided
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a must)
