Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their pest management needs.
Road Warrior Special Assignment (Please read carefully)
- This job will begin on assignment primarily in the Valley and will provide coverage in other areas of Los Angeles to support their team as needed.
Rate of Pay:
This role starts at a base hourly pay of $24.00 per hour. On top of the regular hourly rate you will be eligible to participate in our pest bonus program.
Duties
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various pest control tasks, including setting traps and applying treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans to clients and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including the types of treatments used and any follow-up actions required.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies tailored to specific client needs.
- Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control is required.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services effectively to clients while providing solutions for their pest issues.
License Requirements (non-negotiable requirements)
- California Pest Control Board Branch 2 license, Current and Active Required
- A current valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
