Accurate Roof Systems is a growing commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof restoration and coating systems throughout Texas and surrounding states. We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative & Accounting Assistant to help keep our office running efficiently and our project documentation organized.

Responsibilities
- Scan and digitally organize receipts and business documents
- Attach receipts and supporting documentation to QuickBooks Online transactions
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Upload and organize documents in Google Drive and company software
- File project documents, contracts, warranties, and inspection reports
- Organize vendor invoices and customer documentation
- Assist with administrative support for accounting and project management
- Prepare and organize job files from start to completion
- Maintain organized records for projects, vendors, and office operations
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous office administrative experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
