What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generator Field Service Technician position at Accurate Power Systems?
Accurate Power Systems is seeking a Generator Field Service Technician. As a member of our small team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Generac standby generators. Factory training will be provided after a successful 90-day probationary period.
Pay/Benefits: $18-25/hour
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Necessary Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of residential wiring is necessary
- Candidate will need to learn and follow relevant sections of the National Electric Code, Fuel Gas Code, and Stationary Gaseous Engine Code
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Requires critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor elements.
- Good driving skills
- Some experience using a pull-behind trailer
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
