Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sales Designer to join our team in Houston, TX. This individual will be responsible for managing company-provided leads and conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients, as well as creating custom pool designs using CAD software (training provided). Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $75,000/year
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage company-provided leads and conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
- Create custom pool designs using CAD software (training provided).
- Present designs in the showroom and guide clients through a structured 10-day closing process.
- Maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM system (DBX).
- Build strong customer relationships and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain a flexible schedule including some evenings and occasional Saturdays
- Operate with a business-owner mindset and proactively follow up, drive the sale, and take ownership of results.
“Must Have” Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (any industry), pool design or sales experience preferred
- Strong desire for a performance-based sales role
- Ambition, persistence, and a long-term mindset
- Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays when needed
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage and follow up on a personal sales pipeline
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pool, construction, or home-design sales
- CAD or design experience
- Spanish-speaking (highly preferred)
- Experience in real estate or building materials
- Existing relationships with builders
- Background with premium or high-end products/services
