Quality Control Supervisor

What You’ll Lead

• Quality Operations — Oversee daily QC activities across all shifts, ensuring consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership — Assign duties, manage schedules, coach associates, and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
• Regulatory Compliance — Ensure adherence to FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and internal quality standards.
• Inspection & Release Programs — Manage incoming material inspections and product release processes.
• Client Communication — Prepare QC reports, address discrepancies, and support strong customer relationships.
• Continuous Improvement — Support audits, corrective actions, re-validations, and ongoing HACCP program development.

What You Bring

• 2 years of Quality Control or Production Supervisor experience in food, wholesale, or distribution environments
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and warehouse management systems (GOLD experience a plus)
• Flexibility to support any shift and travel up to 50%
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs
