Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Onsite Supervisor to join our team in Huntley, Illinois!

In this vital role, the Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, support attendance and payroll tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $20-23/hr. Plus overtime - Depending on experience, paid weekly.
- Monday - Friday 4am-2:30pm, must be flexible with start/end times.

- Located in Huntley Illinois
Responsibilities & Competencies
- Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
- Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
- Monitor timeclock usage and create and run daily reports for attendance and payroll purposes.
- Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
- As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
- Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
- Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
- Ability to work within spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets), Novatime or Timerack exp a PLUS
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
