Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate die cutters
- Achieve tight registration and clean stripping performance
- Reduce setup waste and maximize running speeds
- Troubleshoot cutting, stripping, and feeding issues
- Maintain die integrity and ensure accurate blanking
- Lead assistants and maintain workflow discipline
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Minimum 5 to 10 years operating die cutters in carton manufacturing
- Experience with Bobst or equivalent machinery
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to maintain high output while controlling waste
- Leadership capability
