Sales and Marketing - Entry Level

Accurate Marketing Inc. is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing associate. This role is ideal for those excited to build professional experience, work directly with people, and grow within a supportive, fast-moving environment. You will represent our clients in face-to-face settings, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales and outreach initiatives.

About the Role

We specialize in direct promotional marketing strategies to help our clients connect directly with their consumers. In this position, you will be responsible for generating new sales through direct marketing campaigns. You’ll gain sales and marketing experience by increasing brand visibility and supporting our clients sales and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands within retail locations through face-to-face marketing
• Engage with customers to explain products, services, and current promotions
• Assist in executing in-person marketing and promotional events
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet campaign goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
