Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our office manager. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and filing
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other office management software for daily tasks
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and record keeping
- Maintain organized files and records both digitally and physically
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Support office management tasks including supply ordering and general administrative duties
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, calendar management, and bookkeeping is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
