Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Account Representative located in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include processing preliminary liens, researching and verifying project information on multiple databases. Attention to detail is highly valued. Work will include collaborating with others and opportunity to excel and advance is available.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries
- Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is preferred
- Experience in the construction or legal services industry is a bonus
