Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for flexibility? Accurate Home Care and its Home Health service line is growing and adding an LPN Visit Nurse to its team.

Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home.

- $35-$50/ per visit rate plus paid mileage

What will I be doing?
- Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN.
- Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services.
- Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
What skills do I need to bring?
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with minimal moving violations and access to a reliable personal vehicle
