About us

Accurate Glass is a full-service commercial and residential glazing contractor based in

Woburn, MA. We handle everything from storefronts, curtainwall, and aluminum

entrances on new construction to glass replacements, commercial doors, and window

repairs on existing buildings (apartment complexes, churches, retail stores, and

beyond). We're a tight-knit team and we take pride in the quality of our work and the

relationships we build with GCs, architects, and building owners across Massachusetts.

The role

We're looking for an experienced commercial estimator to join our team and work

alongside our senior estimator. You'll own the full range of smaller commercial bids —

quick-turn service quotes on existing buildings, storefront glass replacements,

commercial doors and windows, and other day-to-day glazing scope, while also

contributing larger commercial estimates as you grow into the role. This is a real

What you'll do

 Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for commercial glazing projects ranging

from small service work to mid-size commercial projects ($10K–$500K )

 Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and

specifications

 Solicit and level pricing from glass suppliers, aluminum system vendors, and

subcontractors

 Develop formal bid proposals with clearly defined scope, inclusions, and

exclusions

 Manage bid deadlines, maintain organized documentation, and follow up with

GCs on submitted bids

 Collaborate with our senior estimator and project managers on larger commercial

bids and project handoffs

 Use Glazier software as your primary operational and bid tracking platform

 Stay current on glazing systems, material pricing, and industry developments

What we're looking for

 Experience in commercial glazing estimating or a closely related trade

(storefront, doors/frames, windows, construction specialties) — we'll consider a

strong estimator from an adjacent background with the right drive

 Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications

electronically on screen

 Familiarity with commercial glazing systems — storefronts, curtainwall, aluminum

entrances, commercial doors and windows

 Experience with GDS/WinBidPro, BlueBeam or other estimating programs

 Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the things others miss and you care

about getting it right

 A team-first mindset — you communicate clearly, follow through, and make the

people around you better

 Grit and hunger — you're self-motivated, deadline-driven, and want to earn your

way into a senior role

 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids
