Accurate Environmental's clients include homeowners, buyers, realtors, builders, and contractors. We offer our customers peace of mind in purchasing or selling a home. Our goal is to educate customers during the inspection, and we will discuss our findings on-site and provide a written report of those results.
Position Summary:
The Secretary at Accurate Environmental provides direct support to the Owners, Office Manager and all Inspectors. This is a full-time position. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Supervisor: This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
Duties:
- Answer Phones and Monitor and Respond to Emails
- Schedule Jobs for Inspectors
- Manage the Online Calendars for the Inspectors
- Manage and Update Access Accounts Database
- Update Office Documents (As Needed)
- Request Records from Local Health Departments
- Create, Manage and File Job Folders (electronic and paper)
- Receive Lab Reports and Email Results to Clients
- Generate Invoices & Process Credit Card / ACH Links / Payments
- Proofread and Send Final Inspection Reports
- Vacuum and Dust Office and Take Out Trash
- Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or AA Degree
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access Database, Microsoft Office 365 (Preferred)
Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

- No vacation accrued during the first 90 days of employment.
- After the first 90 days, 1 week (5 days/40 hours) of vacation leave is applied.

- Unused leave may accumulate up to a maximum of 3 weeks (15 days/120 hours).
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
