Role Description
This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic individual. This is a full-time PEO Sales Manager role based in Tampa, FL. The PEO Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of PEO services. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales cycle, creating customized proposals, attending meetings with potential clients, and surpassing sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and providing top-tier client service to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to effectively identify and secure new clients
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing, human resources, risk management, and employee benefits is highly desirable
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in the PEO or human resources industry is a plus
