Quality Manager
Duties:
- Perform internal and external audits (ISO9001, AS9100) of manufacturing areas and drive the organization towards best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Participate in project management activities to ensure quality objectives are met
Skills:
- MUST be familiar with IPC-610 and J-STD guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
