Key Responsibilities
- Run residential garage door service and repair calls in the field
- Perform thorough inspections of garage door systems and identify safety, reliability, and performance concerns
- Communicate findings clearly and present appropriate repair or replacement options
- Complete repairs and installations cleanly, efficiently, and correctly
- Offer maintenance plans when they are a good fit for the customer
- Create positive customer experiences that lead to reviews, referrals, and repeat business
- Document completed work accurately and communicate effectively with the office team
- Strong customer-facing skills and high emotional intelligence
- Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is helpful but not required
- Confidence in discussing solutions and pricing without using a pushy sales approach
- Comfortable being evaluated on performance, quality, and customer outcomes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check after a conditional offer, if required for the role
- W-2 employment
- Full-time schedule; rotating on-call and Saturday coverage required
- $60,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
- Base pay starts at $25.00 per hour, with additional earning opportunities through performance-based bonuses and commissions
- Some technicians currently earn the equivalent of approximately $35-$40 per hour, including incentive pay; higher earnings are based on performance

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
