Customer Service Representative
Accurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.
We specialize in medical courier services, working with healthcare organizations to make sure time-sensitive deliveries get where they need to go. This is a fast-paced position where communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving matter.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming client calls, take orders, and provide delivery updates
- Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders
- Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays or potential issues
- Complete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Document customer and delivery information accurately
- Communicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve issues
- Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Follow established procedures while using good judgment when situations come up
- Maintain professional communication with clients, drivers, and coworkers
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Able to problem-solve and make decisions
- Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Willing to work overtime when needed
Schedule
- Full-Time: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
- Schedule will vary based on department needs
- Weekend availability is required
- Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled
Pay
$17.00 per hour
This position is on-site at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.
