We're Minnesota's largest authorized DISH & STARLINK contractor, and we're hiring motivated people—even if you have no satellite experience! If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable learning hands-on, and enjoy helping people, you may be a great fit.

• No experience required! Previous experience in satellite/cable, construction, remodeling, handyman work, electrical, internet installation, and/or wire running is helpful, but not required
• Start and end every day from home
• Flexible scheduling – technicians select the days they are available to accept work, with full or partial-day options

Full job description:

Accurate Communication Solutions, Inc. (ACS) has been serving customers since 2004, and has since expanded to the entire state of Minnesota, western Wisconsin, eastern North Dakota, and Kansas City; we are the ONLY Authorized DISH and STARLINK Contractor in these areas!

Technicians perform residential installs, upgrades, and service calls for DISH Network and STARLINK customers. Technicians start and end each day from home while servicing multiple customer appointments daily. We reward technicians who deliver high-quality installations, exceptional customer service, and outstanding performance.

Due to continued growth, we have more customer appointments than we can currently cover and are actively seeking technicians with availability to accept work at least 4 days per week. Technicians select their available workdays and may choose full or partial days based on their availability. Customer appointments are primarily scheduled during daytime hours, generally between 8 AM and 5 PM.

DISH Network work includes…

• Conduct site surveys: Determine the best location and positioning of the satellite equipment and be able to communicate the options with the customer
• Installation: Install mounts, satellite dishes and receivers while ensuring proper connectivity and customer satisfaction
• Customer Education: Help customers understand their DISH equipment and confidently use their new technology
• Smart Home Sales Opportunities: Identify additional products and services that can improve the customer's home entertainment experience while earning additional commission

STARLINK work includes…

• Conduct site surveys: Determine the best location and positioning of the STARLINK antenna
• Installation: Professionally install and configure the customer's STARLINK equipment, ensuring proper placement, connectivity, and performance
• Customer Education: Help customers connect their devices and understand how to use their new high-speed internet service
• Smart Home Sales Opportunities: Help customers get the most from their new internet service with solutions such as Wi-Fi improvements, TV mounting, security products, and other Smart Home services

• Various entertainment center enhancements (i.e. HDMI Cables, Surge Protectors)

• Many customers are interested in TV mounting, Wi-Fi improvements, and Smart Home products before arriving at their job, giving technicians the opportunity to earn additional commission by recommending solutions customers already need

Requirements…

• Reliable truck, van, or SUV
• Extension ladder and basic installation tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
