Quality Assurance & Day Operations Manager

Accurate Building Maintenance is looking for a Quality Assurance & Day Operations Manager who is an exceptional communicator, organized, proactive, dependable, and great at building relationships. This position combines quality assurance, customer relationship management, employee leadership, and day-to-day operations.

We need someone who can walk into a customer's building, connect with people, notice the details, identify problems before they become complaints, communicate what needs to happen, and follow through to make sure it actually gets done.

This is not a desk-only management position. Much of the day is spent visiting customer locations, inspecting buildings, meeting with customers, supporting and coaching employees, training new hires, managing day porter operations, and handling daily operational needs.

We're looking for someone who is really good with people and really good at follow-through. You should be comfortable building rapport with a customer, talking with a frontline employee, training a new hire, coaching someone who is struggling, and having a professional accountability conversation when expectations aren't being met.

You also need to notice things. If something isn't right during an inspection, you notice it. If a customer mentions a concern, you remember it. If an employee says an issue has been corrected, you verify it.

·        Excellent organization and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work independently, plan the day, and manage multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines.

·        Proactive, solution-oriented problem solving and strong follow-through.

·        Ability to resolve conflict professionally.

·        Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a strong plus, but is not required.

·        Microsoft Outlook: manage email, inbox organization, and calendar appointments.

·        Professional email communication with customers, employees, and company leadership.

·        Microsoft Word: create and work with basic documents.

·        Microsoft Excel: basic data entry, updating, and reviewing information in spreadsheets.

·        Microsoft Teams: communication, meetings, chats, and collaboration.

·        Ability to learn and effectively use industry software for inspections, reporting, scheduling, timekeeping, employee management, and operational follow-up.

·        Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

·        Ability to pass a federal background check.

·        Ability to travel throughout the Las Vegas area during the workday.

·        Ability to walk commercial properties and perform detailed building inspections.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to communicate professionally with customers and employees in person, by phone, and electronically.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

·        Management, supervisory, janitorial, facilities, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
