Accurate Auto Insurance has been a trusted name in the community since 1992. As an established Independent Insurance Agency, we pride ourselves on doing things differently. We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our winning team in Joliet.

This is NOT your typical sales job. Responsibilities:

· Generate New Business: Work with provided leads and referrals to prospect and generate new business—No cold calling required.

· Quote & Bind: Provide accurate insurance quotes for auto, home, and life insurance products.

· Client Management: Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to ensure clients have the coverage they need as their lives change.

· Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to new and existing customers to help them protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes.

· Education: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to best serve our clients.

Schedule:

· Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

· Weekend availability required (as needed)

Who You Are:

You are a people-person with a "customer-first" mentality. You have thick skin to handle rejection, but a warm heart to answer customer questions and build lasting relationships. You are organized, self-motivated, and ready to earn what you are worth.

Requirements:

· Insurance Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.

· Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) Insurance License (Illinois required).

· Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

· Mindset: Ability to handle customer objections with professionalism and empathy.

Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in rewarding hard work. This position offers a unique combination of stability and uncapped earning potential.

· Pay: $50,000.00 starting salary

· Earning Potential: $100,000.00 per year (Base Commission/Bonus)
