Accurate Auto Group is looking for an experienced, professional Automotive Service Manager who knows how to lead people, improve shop performance and create an exceptional culture that delivers excellent customer experiences.
This is an opportunity to earn $125,000–$175,000 annually while working a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
You will not be expected to fix every problem on your own. You will have the support, systems and authority needed to lead your team, make improvements and help the business grow.

What You Will Own
As the Service Manager, you will lead the daily performance of the shop and create a culture where customers and employees feel respected, supported and confident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop service advisors and technicians
- Oversee the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity
- Build and review accurate repair estimates
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Monitor shop performance, sales, productivity and other key performance indicators
- Help the team achieve clearly defined operational and financial goals
- Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Recruit, train and retain high-performing team members
- Hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, team-first culture
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication and efficiency
- Maintain high standards for quality, organization and customer service

What We Are Looking For
- Five or more years of automotive service management or related leadership experience
- Proven experience leading a high-performing automotive team
- Strong understanding of automotive repair-shop operations
- Experience managing workflow, scheduling and productivity
- Ability to build estimates and explain repairs to customers
- Familiarity with shop-management software and modern service processes
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability
- Positive, solutions-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license
ASE certifications and previous independent repair-shop experience are preferred but not required.
