Hours needed: 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM or 4:00PM Until 8:00PM
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs designed to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of behavior analysis.

- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to address target behaviors and skill deficits.
- Implement behavior reduction procedures and strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and receive feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to become RBT within 90 days.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or special needs preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations for client sessions.
