Accuracy Florida is hiring a motivated Bilingual AT&T Team Member for a full-time, in-person sales role. This opportunity is ideal for English- and Spanish-speaking candidates who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right connectivity solutions. You’ll represent AT&T products and services, engage directly with customers, and develop practical experience in sales, product education, and customer enrollment.
As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll communicate with customers in English and Spanish, explain AT&T Wireless and Fiber options, identify customer needs, and guide eligible customers through enrollment. We provide hands-on training, ongoing sales coaching, and team support to help you build confidence, improve your sales performance, and grow professionally. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a goal-oriented mindset are what matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T Products: Introduce AT&T Wireless, Fiber, internet, and other available services to prospective customers.
- Engage Bilingual Customers: Conduct face-to-face conversations in English and Spanish to understand customer needs and answer questions.
- Present Solutions: Explain product features, service options, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Support Enrollment: Assist eligible customers with the AT&T enrollment process and ensure information is recorded accurately.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Generate sales opportunities, follow the sales process, and contribute to individual and team performance targets.
- Develop Your Skills: Participate in product training, sales coaching, and team meetings to strengthen your communication and sales abilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
