Accura HealthCare of Milford, located in Milford, IA, is a 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with an additional 28-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. CURRENT NEEDS: Full-time; 1st shift (6am-2pm) and 2nd shift (2-10pm)
Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the facility. Caters to client's individual care plans through practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.
Qualifications:
* Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific license.
* Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
* Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting spirit of cooperation with team members.
* Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
