Sterling Park Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to join our team! In this role, you will partner with the Director of Dining Services (CDM) to cultivate your team while ensuring quality assurance, cleanliness and resident satisfaction are top priorities. Tasks like cooking, supply ordering, staff training, and special events will all be key parts of this role.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director of Dining Services will assist the Director of Dining Services in overseeing operations of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering, preparation, food delivery and sanitation in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. Assist with directing various duties in and around the kitchen, promotes and demonstrates excellence in customer service and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrates leadership abilities.
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and collaboratively with Dietician/Nutritionist and team members.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
