We are looking for compassionate people who can have sensitive conversations with people who may be in a fragile state. These individuals will have experienced severe trauma and need a gentle approach for all conversations.
Your role will involve identifying and qualifying leads through our sophisticated lead screening services and then converting these qualified leads into opportunities by effectively communicating the value proposition of our client's services. You will be responsible for nurturing these leads through the sales pipeline, leveraging your strong sales acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our client's business growth, while also contributing to the overall success of Accumulated, Inc. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and screen potential leads using our sophisticated lead screening services.
- Contact and engage with qualified leads, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our client's services can address their legal concerns.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the lead screening and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and lead screening tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the legal sector would be a plus.
