Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine research, design thinking, and collaboration to design products that are both useful and delightful for users while meeting business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for digital, product experiences (e.g., internal software, websites, apps, marketing materials, presentations) and/or print.
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Translate concepts, briefs, and user needs into effective visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, or stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or final assets as required.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all designs.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Create and update process documents, training materials, and user manuals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and user research.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design systems.
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation: $90 - $110k annual salary
