About the Role:
We are a growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead and actively work within our scheduling department. This is a hands-on management role, responsible for scheduling across multiple states and locations, leading a growing team, and driving daily revenue performance.
This position plays a key role in maximizing efficiency, technician utilization, and customer satisfaction while supporting company growth.
What You'll Do:
- Actively manage daily scheduling and dispatch across multiple states
- Lead, train, and develop a growing team of schedulers
- Own daily and weekly scheduling performance tied to revenue goals
- Optimize capacity, routing, and utilization to maximize production
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and field leadership
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using a scorecard approach
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of scheduling or dispatch leadership experience
- Experience managing multi-state or multi-location scheduling
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or field services preferred
- Comfortable working onsite in Rossville, GA
