We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our IT support team as an entry-level Information Technology Associate. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support, ensuring that our team’s IT systems operate seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Collaborate with senior IT team members.
- Track and document support requests.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Develop and update IT support documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience or combination of both.
- Genuine passion for technology.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Help desk or technical support experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , MCP, or ITIL Foundation.
