Summary: The Director of Finance is responsible for managing the detailed aspects of the financial reporting processes for Accudyn Products, Inc. and its subsidiaries. These processes include planning and organizing the annual financial budgets and related financial forecasts and monthly financial reporting packages. In addition, this position is the primary contact and go to person for the various external financial audits. The Director of Finance provides supervision, direction and support of the day-to-day Finance processes including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position is essential in establishing Finance as a support department and business advisor to other areas of the business and, as such, is expected to work closely with department managers.
Qualifications
- Lead the company's accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including management reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, internal controls, and all financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Manage treasury functions, banking relationships, financing activities, foreign currency exposure, and corporate insurance and risk management programs.
- Oversee payroll, retirement plan administration, inventory accounting, standard costing, and financial systems to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, capital investments, acquisitions, and business growth initiatives through data-driven financial analysis.
- Develop, mentor, and lead the accounting and finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to improve profitability, optimize costs, and strengthen financial performance.
- Safeguard company assets by maintaining strong financial controls, protecting confidential information, and ensuring sound governance and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, ERP systems, and internal control frameworks; experience with multinational operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Financial Leader
