Job Details:
- 1:1 Nursing in patient's home (Single pet household)
- 8yr old with Developmental delay, Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Tracheostomy, Ventilator
- Part-time scheduling (Full-time or per diem cases available)
- Weekend nurses needed for overnights and day shifts
- Patient-specific training provided
- Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
- Tuesday, Saturday, & Sunday
- Per Diem & Fill-In shifts available
- Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
- Must have malpractice insurance
- $35/hr
