We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide exceptional in-home care for pediatric clients. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual requiring assistance due to age, disability, or health conditions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a home health aide or CNA
- Current Tuberculosis 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus blood test or chest x-ray from the last 12 months is a plus!
- Experience working with children
- EVV is a must!
- Compassionate approach to caregiving
Duties
- Help with personal care, including bathing, diapering or toileting, dressing, and feeding.
- Support the child's daily routines, mobility, and age-appropriate play and development.
- Monitor the child's condition and report changes to the supervising nurse and the family.
- Accompany the client to school, doctor's visits, etc.
- Follow the plan of care and keep the care area clean and safe.
- Document visits accurately, including EVV clock in and out
