AccuAir Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. HVAC experience is not required - we provide the training and support needed to succeed.
We're looking for professionals who are comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, listening to their needs, and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home value.

What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
- Evaluate comfort concerns and recommend HVAC solutions
- Present heating, cooling, and indoor air quality options
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage follow-up communication and maintain your sales pipeline
- Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of consultative, retail, or outside sales experience
- Comfortable presenting directly to customers in their homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred Background
- Previous outside sales or in-home sales experience
- Experience in home improvement, retail, automotive, or commissioned sales environments
- Competitive mindset with strong earning motivation
