Position Overview
We are seeking a General Laborer to support our operations through warehouse support, forklift operation, maintenance, and small local deliveries. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep.
· Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
· Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving materials.
· Make small, local deliveries of parts and materials as needed.
· Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and assisting with audits.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
· Assist with other tasks or projects as directed by the operations team.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) with a clean driving record.
· Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
· Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are a plus.
