Position Summary:
The In-House Sales Support Representative plays a vital role in the success of Accu Reference Medical Labs’ sales operations by providing administrative and strategic support to the field sales team from within the corporate or regional office. This role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, improving operational workflows, and ensuring accurate communication and documentation to facilitate efficient sales activities and service delivery.
The shift is Tuesday-Friday from 11am - 7:30p, Saturday 8a - 4:30p.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal point of contact for Sales Representatives and Account Executives, supporting day-to-day sales operations.
- Assist with client onboarding, including account setup, test ordering logistics, and coordination with internal departments (e.g., billing, logistics, and lab operations).
- Input and maintain data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of client records, contracts, and communications.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients and sales teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with Supply Dept and Logistics to manage supplies for new and existing clients.
- Track service issues and follow up on resolutions, escalating when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support special projects as needed by the sales leadership team.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience; healthcare or laboratory experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or laboratory test codes.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality standards.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
