We are seeking an intellectually curious and exceptionally driven individual to join our commercial team. This is not a typical entry-level role. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the central nervous system of our customer engagement model. You will manage the commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless execution from initial inquiry to final delivery and follow-up.
This role offers a unique, ground-floor opportunity to master the fundamentals of a complex industrial business. - Manage the Full Order Cycle: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders, managing the process from initial entry and price confirmation to coordinating with production and ensuring timely fulfillment through our ERP system.
- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, building trust and providing exceptional service through clear and professional communication.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Monitor customer ordering patterns to identify trends and proactively communicate with clients, helping to support account retention and growth.
- Drive Data Integrity & Process Digitization: Handle essential order documentation and data entry, while actively contributing to projects that improve data quality, system accuracy, and process digitization.
- Support Commercial Outreach: Assist in reconnecting with former customers and support the broader team's business development initiatives.
- Manage Key Accounts: Take responsibility for a dedicated set of house accounts, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Support Key Commercial Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives across the commercial team, including marketing campaigns, process improvement projects, and the development of internal reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A sharp, analytical mind with a natural talent for structured problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the polish and presence to represent Accu-Labs to external partners.
