Job Responsibilities
- Operates complex machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversees setups on basic machinery and production lines.
- Sets up machines and adjusts settings for various production tasks.
- Monitors production processes and performs quality checks.
- Conducts minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Trains and mentors entry-level machine operators.
- Documents production metrics and reports discrepancies.
- Ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient in operating various types of machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Computer skills including ERP systems.
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
Experience Requirements
- Five years of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Certifications
- Machine Operation or related field a plus
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
- May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
Starting rate for this role is $23 per hour
