Accu Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our Gilroy team.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping the schedule and front office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Confirm appointments and help maintain a full schedule
- Enter and update patient information in the Practice Management System (PMS)
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support general front office operations
Qualifications
- 1 year of dental front office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification and scheduling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
