Project Manager – Commercial Landscape Projects

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall project including job submittals, change orders, punch list items, ordering materials, working with crew leaders to schedule work etc. Your expertise will ensure the accurate assessment of materials, labor, and project requirements to support our continued growth and success.
Experience with PROCORE is preferred.
Analyze project plans, take offs, specifications, and drawings to manage projects through completion.
Research and maintain up-to-date pricing and orders from suppliers and subcontractors.
Complete job submittals and change orders in PROCORE.
Be familiar with Property Intel and have knowledge reading landscape takeoffs.
Exhibit ethical decision-making and integrity in all interactions.
Create schedules and weekly targets for crew leaders.
Perform jobsite visits and evaluate status and quality of work.
Meet with General Contractors onsite.
Qualifications: Proven experience in using PROCORE & Property Intel for landscape project management is preferred.
Experience with using CRMs preferably PipeDrive.
Familiarity with take-off software is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and other project management tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience is a plus.
