Payroll Manager (ID# 4672)

As a Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. You will lead a dynamic team, manage payroll systems, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining employee satisfaction through efficient payroll management while also contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll transactions including salaries, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
• Process updates for new hires, terminations, and pay/tax changes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Generate and audit W-2s and other payroll documents.
• Submit month-end, quarter-end, and year-end taxes (domestic and international).
• Stay current on tax and garnishment laws across all operating regions.
• Research payroll implications for new locations.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and external vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Support HR with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll management experience.
• Experience with taxes and international tax law preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with US state pay regulations.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
