CPA

I’m partnering with a profitable, fast-growing Series A fintech startup on what’s become one of their most critical hires—a founding CPA who wants to operate like an owner, not just an employee.

They’ve already built an AI-powered bookkeeping practice and are scaling quickly with a growing base of recurring customers. Now they’re looking for a CPA who can take what’s working and turn it into a best-in-class operation.

In this role, you will:

• Own and oversee the books for a growing portfolio of customers

• Build, manage, and improve processes for an outsourced accounting/operations team

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, driving exceptional responsiveness, trust, and retention

• Partner closely with the founders to refine systems, implement best practices, and help shape the next phase of the product and service

What they’re looking for:

• CPA required

• Several years of hands-on accounting experience (public accounting and/or tech/fintech exposure a plus)

• Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments

• Bonus: experience with AI-enabled or automated bookkeeping tools, or a strong interest in working with them

This is a fully remote role within the U.S., with competitive salary and meaningful equity.
