Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, local, and Medicare regulations relevant to home healthcare.
- Admissions and Care Plans: Oversee new admissions, execute physician orders, and develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Compliance and Readiness: Ensure agency readiness for surveys and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Staff Development: Assess staff needs, establish goals to enhance clinical services, and expand referral bases.
- Productivity and Management: Monitor re-hospitalization cases, oversee productivity, and manage territory assignments.
- Support and Coordination: Provide support to clinicians, address coordination issues, and ensure protocol adherence.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- 2 - 3 years of RN Nursing/Managerial Experience (Preferred)
